Darryl K. Fields is currently the pastor of Union Missionary Baptist Church in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  He was called to his current pastorate in July 30, 2010 after serving as Youth Minister at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Arcadia, Oklahoma.  He has served Union over the last seven years while overseeing a remodel of the interior of the church and leading the least, the lost and the last to Christ.  He is a graduate of Luther High School in Luther, Oklahoma and did his undergraduate work at the University of Central Oklahoma.  He has worked with children extensively throughout his adult life.  He has also served for five years as the administrator of a group home that served delinquent boys. He has served as a Juvenile Probation and Parole Officer for four years.  He is currently employed with the Office of Juvenile Affairs and the Office of Public Integrity as a compliance auditor/investigator.  He brings to the table a wealth of experience in which it is his prayer the youth and families of the community will be edified.  He is a father and has been married to his wife, Danielle Threatt-Fields for twenty-four years.
